A former Jehovah's Witness meeting hall in Warwick has been put on the market.

Connells Land & Planning is marketing the Scar Bank site with a guide price of £600,000.

The agents say the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's WItnesses site has potential for redevelopment.

But potential investors in the 0.75 acre plot need to be quick, as the deadline for submission of offers is 3pm on Tuesday (October 31).

Sat opposite Warwick Hospital and next to the Grand Union Canal, the inside of the meeting hall is 2650 sq ft.

The brochure says: "Connells Land & Planning are instructed in the sale of this former Meeting Hall at Scar Bank in Warwick. 

"The property is offered in good condition throughout and set within mature grounds just opposite Warwick NHS Hospital. 

"The grounds extend around the building, and back on to the Grand Union Canal with an overflow sluice along the canal 

"The overall site is approximately 0.75 acres and it is offered for sale on a subject to contract basis only. 

"The property is set opposite Warwick Hospital. 

"The property and land may have potential for re-purposing or re-development subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents."
