Houses in Warwick were sold for an average of £383,686 last year, according to new data released by HM Land Registry.

Average house prices sold in each town in Warwickshire in the 12 months leading up to December 2025 show homes in Warwick were the fifth most expensive in the county.

According to the data, Stratford-upon-Avon was the most expensive place to buy a house in Warwickshire last year.

Figures show more detached properties were sold in Warwick than any other type of home - fetching £524,624 on average.

Semi-detached homes were sold for an average price of £357,462.

Meanwhile terraced houses fetched an average price of £327,926.

The average property price across Warwickshire was £359,211.

The data shows the average property price in Warwick has dropped by two per cent compared to the year before.
