A local yoga studio has announced a 'goat yoga' session this November as part of its calendar of regular events.
Undo Studio in Kenilworth will run the event in partnership with Happy Smiley Goats in Sherbourne.
The November 6 event will be held at the goat paddock farm between 10am and 11.30am.
The Kenilworth studio said the idea may "sound funny" but claim it "has heaps of benefits".
Undo said just petting the animals is relaxing and doing yoga in their presence "lowers anxiety and boosts mood".
"It also increases mental stimulation and can be a happy distraction from everyday life," the company said.
The Station Road studio, which opened in 2021, has always maintained that it is "more than just a yoga studio".
Spaces are still available at the session which will be led by Nicola Burroughs.
"We are very excited to be working with Happy Smiley Goats on this incredibly exciting workshop," the company added.
"This class will function as you would usually expect a yoga class, working on strength, flexibility and mobility, but with the added bonus of three Baby Pygmy Goats roaming the room!
"The yoga class will run for one hour leaving you with 30 minutes to play with and cuddle the adorable baby goats.
"Prepare for all the giggles in this feel-good session! All Levels welcome."
You will need to bring your own mat to this session.
Happy Smiley Goats, on Vicarage Lane, is usually open for children to meet the baby Pygmy goats and play on the mini diggers and tractors.
The company took to social media to add: "The children have had their fun with the goats, now it's time for all those mummies and daddies to relax with the goats and have a few giggles on the way."
