Work is well underway at Warwick Station where two new lifts will be built as part of a multi-million-pound project.
Network Rail began the project at the start of the year, and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
The lifts - which will be installed in the existing subway - will provide step-free access for passengers using platforms 1 and 2, for the first time.
The subways are now closed for construction, meaning passengers have to take a longer route to cross between platforms.
Platform one has also been shortened to help with the works.
Photographs sent to Nub News by Geoff Ousbey show the project underway.
Network Rail says it is working closely with Chiltern Railways to cause the least possible disruption to passengers and the local community while work takes places throughout 2023.
MP for Warwick and Leamington Matt Western said he was pleased work was underway "at least" after "years of our campaigning".
"Brilliant to see Murphy's, on behalf of Network Rail, beginning the work to install the much-needed lifts to make the station accessible," he said in February.
"Credit due to Labour Councillor John Holland - county councillor for Warwick West who has been campaigning for these lifts for a long time.
"I've been really pleased to work with him in his vital campaign and it's great to see the work beginning today.
"The work will last many months but will be a massive boost in improving access for less able folk or those with children's buggies and luggage."
Passengers are advised to check their journey during the work at Warwick station by using www.nationalrail.co.uk.
