Warwick's former Timpson shop is now on the market, having closed earlier this year.

The branch on Swan Street closed at the start of June as the business relocated to the unit at Tesco on Emscote Road.

The town centre unit is now on the market with Tim Cox Associates.

The property brochure says: "Swan Street is a vibrant shopping location in the centre of Warwick and is a primary destination within the town, with a variety of independent shops, restaurants and pubs contributing to the town's historic character and close to Market Place.

"The ground floor shop premises comprises an initial sales area, with stores/potential increase in sales area, rear store and rear garden."

It is available for £1,542 per month.

The signs have been taken from the front of the unit.
