A former tattoo studio in Warwick is set to go under the hammer next month.

The retail space on Coten End, Warwick will be auctioned on Thursday 6 February by Loveitts.

The two-storey property has a guide price of £150,000.

According to the listing, the building requires "some improvements".

Loveitts describes the sale as a "unique opportunity" to buy a property with "potential for conversion, subject to consents".

There is rear access to the building as well as a small cellar.

The brochure describes it as an "ideal investment opportunity surrounded by shops and local amenities".

It was previously a tattoo studio until the previous occupier moved to a new location in Kenilworth.

The auction will take place at 6.30pm at the Village Hotel, Canley, Coventry.
