Police were forced to use a stinger to stop an Audi following a chase along the A46.

Officers from Warwickshire's Operational Patrol Unit eventually managed to stop the vehicle near the Toll Bar roundabout, having first tried to stop it near Warwick.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle, dangerous driving, failing to stop and driving without a licence.

The arrested individual was also wanted for similar offences so he was further detained for those and will be interviewed after a night in the cells.
