A charity shop in Warwick which closed earlier this year is now on the market.

Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire shut its doors on Swan Street at the end of February and is now being marketed by local agents Wareing & CO.

The unit is available to let for £18,500 per year on a five-year lease.

The property listing said: "The property is located in the heart of county town of Warwick, close to the junction of Swan Street with High Street / Jury Street adjacent to other retailers such as Coffee#1, Greggs and Specsavers."

Before Age UK closed its Warwick branch, the shop had a huge clearance sale with all items on sale for just £2 each.

The nearest branch for the charity is now the Clemens Street store in Leamington Spa.
