M-Tec Engineering Solutions is working in partnership with a high-volume manufacturing client to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader.

As Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a three shift-based maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance activities across production equipment. You'll be responsible for supporting uptime and driving productivity.

Further Responsibilities include:

Supervise and support a team of maintenance engineers across a 3-shift rotation.

Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, minimising downtime.

Lead Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.

Modify existing PLC code when required and support wider automation and controls issues.

Ideally candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership maintenance role.

Electrically biased with strong mechanical fault-finding skills.

Hands-on experience with:Robotics, PLC programming and modification (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)

Background in high-volume manufacturing within an FMCG sector

Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
