As a Director of Brand based in Warwick (3 days a week), you ll be responsible for:

• Developing and driving Wolseley s Brand Strategy to support its continued growth, building awareness and delivering a clear and comprehensive identity to colleagues and customers alike

• Articulate Wolseley s market leading proposition to our customers, serving comprehensive content for core business units.

• Leading Wolseley s CRM and Loyalty programmes to deliver value to our customers, whilst offering compelling customer insight that supports the continued evolution of Wolseley s proposition, always with a customer first approach

• Strong leader with a real focus on driving a great culture, offering tailored personal development, whilst building a compelling strategy with clear objectives

And here s what we d like you to have:

• Previous Marketing/Brand experience, leading on marketing, digital and brand strategies

• A proven Marketing Leader who is familiar with the latest marketing trends and technologies

• Customer segmentation and profiling understanding, with a strong awareness of CRM

• Preferably experience in driving loyalty schemes forwards

• Understanding of brand building, consumer insight, and product pipelines processes

• Experience of leading and inspiring a team to drive a culture of excellence

• Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
