- Strong knowledge of current building safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in safety management are desirable.
- Proficient in using safety management software and tools.
