Job Title:PMO Lead - AO Regulation Planning and Performance
Location:Warwick, onsite 2 days per week
Remuneration:From 44,000
Contract Details:Temp To Perm - initial 6 Month Contract with scope to extend or move to Perm.
Responsibilities:Join our dynamic team in the utilities industry as a PMO Lead! You will play a pivotal role in managing project governance and driving successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Development: Create comprehensive processes to guide project management and track progress through the price control periods.
- Project Tracking: Maintain action plans and risk logs, ensuring the team stays aligned with departmental goals and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, asset management, and other stakeholders to develop business plans and regulatory submissions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce reporting packs and performance reports for executive review, utilising data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Project Governance: Establish project management standards to ensure compliance with organisational policies.

Knowledge, Experience, and Technical Know-How:
- Previous experience in a PMO or project management role.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- An appetite for continuous improvement in personal development.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Relevant STEM degree or equivalent qualifications or experience.
