• Set up and operate CNC lasers in line with procedures and job card instructions
• Read and understand CNC code to the required level for machine set up and operation
• Adjust and control set-up parameters to ensure efficient and accurate output
• Use air tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely
• Carry out in-process inspections to ensure components meet quality standards
• Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and 5S activities

• 1-2 years' experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read CNC code and work to quality/manufacturing standards
• Strong attention to detail and "right first time" approach
• Positive, proactive attitude with good teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to coach colleagues as needed
