About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our Fleet & Compliance Team. The main purpose of this role is to manage the fleet of vans for our field workforce across the UK and Northern Ireland, ensuring that they are compliant and any maintenance is completed in a timely fashion whilst managing costs effectively. The role is also responsible for ensuring compliance is adhered to in all areas of the service division whilst ensuring exceptional customer service and keeping safety as the main priority.

What will you be doing?

As the Fleet coordinator , you will ensure that compliance is adhered to in areas of the business

On a daily basis youll be responsible for:

  • Using the designated systems to gather data from various sources e.g. field HHTs, vehicle tracking devices and manipulate this data to present to management on monthly dashboards
  • Present data in a suitable format for investigations/disciplinary evidence
  • Monitor and review engineer compliance in button pressing on HHT devices
  • Ensure all vehicles are correctly maintained, serviced and road-worthy.
  • Build relationships with third parties and supplies.
  • Annually collate the P11d data for payroll for submission to HMRC
  • Checking validity of business/private mileage claims.
  • Assist with the management of in night engineer deliveries account and carry out regular review meetings, ensuring the agreed SLA is met
  • Gas Safe Registration and RIDDOR reporting
  • Monitoring of costs
  • Work closely and build strong relationships with the Field Management Team to ensure good communication for resolution of problems that may be identified.
  • Fuel branding compliance
  • Report any issues which do not conform to agreed company processes.
  • Onboarding/Maintenance of Sub Contractor contracts and registrations
  • Monitor driver behaviour and advise of any corrective actions that are required.

Essential

  • Spreadsheet/data analysing Basics of Microsoft Excel (formulas)
  • Driving License Candidates must be willing and able to drive a van as part of their job duties, as of when required.
  • Proactive mindset

Desirable

  • Fleet experience
  • Previous experience in a compliance background is an advantage.
  • Experience of working with a mobile workforce system
  • Experience of working with a vehicle tracking system
