Leamington Spa with homeworking 2-3 days per week

This is a full-time permanent role. Candidates wishing to work 4 days per week would also be considered.

Our client is aleading, lawyer-led, managed service provider of LegalTech services, partnering with many top 100 law firms, and in-house legal teams to automate complex, high-value legal documentation.

With an established, highly successful sales team, lawyers are able to spend their time drafting and building client relationships, without having to concentrate on business development activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Using a market-leading automation platform, you'll work with law firms and inhouse counsel globally, to deliver deep automated drafting, reducing your clients' first draft time by 90%
• Providing legal knowledge in areas such as corporate law, real estate, banking and/or private equity
• Working as part of an entrepreneurial team of high calibre lawyers, document analysts and technology professional
• Designing questionnaires for the automation of clients' precedent documents
• Preparing precedent documents for automation, ensuring all scenarios are catered for in the document
• Building and maintaining client relationships, working closely with them to build their automated document suite
• Testing automated suites of legal documents
• Providing training to clients on the automated documents

Who we're looking for:

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer with a background in Private Equity, Real Estate or Banking and Finance, who has an interest in legal technology.

This role will appeal to:

• Fully qualified lawyers with 2-3 years or more PQE
• Lawyers with experience in corporate law, private equity, real estate or banking and finance
• Lawyers with an interest in and an aptitude for technology and a keen interest in learning
