A great opportunity for a Wills & Probate Executive to join a busy, supportive and growing Private Client team. You'll manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and associated administrative matters, working in a friendly environment where your expertise is valued.
The Role
- Drafting Wills and preparing LPAs
- Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and tax matters
- Setting up new client accounts and handling enquiries
- Managing probate files, including matters involving income tax, inheritance tax and capital taxation
- Handling and processing deeds and securities
- Providing clear, professional and sympathetic client care
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in Wills, Probate and non-contentious private client work
- Solid understanding of relevant law and practice
- Ability to deal with clients confidently, efficiently and with empathy
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone
- Professional, organised approach with strong attention to detail
