An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wills & Probate Lawyer to join our client's well-established and friendly team at its Leamington Spa office. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload with a supportive and collaborative department.

The Role

  • Managing a mixed and varied caseload of:
    • Wills
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • Trusts
    • Estates
  • Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with agreed timescales
  • Keeping clients regularly informed on progress and costs
  • Delivering outstanding client care throughout every matter

Essential Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a full Wills & Probate caseload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong client-care focus with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong fee income record
