We're working with a highly regarded law firm in Warwick that is seeking a skilled Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy and supportive Wills, Trusts, and Probate team. The Role: You ll be supporting experienced fee earners on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, powers of attorney, and estate administration. - Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
- Prepare and amend legal documents and correspondence
- Manage diaries, book appointments, and handle client queries
- Maintain client files, both electronic and paper-based
- Assist with billing and file opening/closing procedures
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in Private Client, though other legal areas will be considered)
- Strong typing and document production skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A professional, client-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
