We're working with a highly regarded law firm in Warwick that is seeking a skilled Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy and supportive Wills, Trusts, and Probate team. The Role: You ll be supporting experienced fee earners on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, powers of attorney, and estate administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm known for its client service, professional development, and friendly working culture. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
  • Prepare and amend legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage diaries, book appointments, and handle client queries
  • Maintain client files, both electronic and paper-based
  • Assist with billing and file opening/closing procedures
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in Private Client, though other legal areas will be considered)
  • Strong typing and document production skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A professional, client-focused approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
