Senior Network Engineer Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) Senior Network Engineer required to support a major network infrastructure modernisation programme across multiple UK locations.This is a long term freelance contract role offering hybrid working (Warwick) and a competitive market rate. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
  • Deploy Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and high-speed connectivity services.
  • Conduct wireless surveys and RF design using Ekahau tools.
  • Support enterprise Wi-Fi deployments and optimisation.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switching and routing technologies.
  • Produce technical designs, implementation plans, and documentation.
Required Skills
  • Cisco CCNP certification (minimum).
  • Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies.
  • Experience with SD-WAN, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), and LAN switching.
  • Wireless networking experience including Cisco WLAN or Aruba solutions.
  • Experience conducting Wi-Fi surveys and RF design.
Desirable
  • CCIE or CWNP certification
  • Experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass
