We are seeking experienced Senior and Midlevel Scrum Masters to join our team and work with our customer in Gaydon, UK. This is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Automotive Product Development Hardware delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities: Guide and coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality, emphasizing the importance of communication. Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the Definition of Done. Assist in the removal of obstacles to the Scrum Team's progress by managing obstacle board reviews. Ensure all Scrum events are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Help stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work, including tools and processes usage. Evolve new ways to bridge between business tools & processes and Agile Ways of Working (WoW). Ensure top-down and bottom-up synchronization between product groups and vehicle groups for any activity. Govern effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management. Manage the group Product Backlog, ensuring clear and concise Product Backlog items linked to stories/features/capabilities. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration where necessary. Prepare vehicle team QBR memos in conjunction with SPM, Program Chief, and PGLs. Facilitate Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Planning/Backlog refinement to improve team efficiency. Support and lead the resolution of obstacles and align with other squads if necessary. Ensure Agile ceremonies are scheduled and coordinated. Help coordinate showcases and ensure they are on time, preparing meeting materials for Group Sync meetings. Support Squad(s) and Group Product Owner in running BRP and Marketplace sessions effectively, including preparation of presentation materials. Protect the team from outside interference. Assist the Product Owner with backlog creation & refinement, estimation, roadmap development, and dependency alignment. Drive continuous improvement, transparency, and consistency among teams. Ensure group members know how to check the status and timing of their stories related to MBIs. Review performance charts every sprint to identify challenges. Contribute to delivery activities for the squad through planning and MBI assessments. Promote and solicit timely change requests as required.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience in Automotive Product Development Hardware delivery. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Ability to manage and resolve obstacles effectively. Strong organizational and facilitation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
