Role Overview

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will design, develop, and deliver high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will lead cross-functional teams, enforce engineering best practices, and drive architectural excellence across complex enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture of Salesforce programs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and implementation strategies
• Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance across delivery teams
• Design and oversee complex integrations using APIs and enterprise Middleware platforms
• Architect solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce data models
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, mentoring developers and architects

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• Proven ownership of end-to-end Salesforce technical delivery, including integrations, data migration, and custom development
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong expertise in application design, data architecture, integration patterns, and security models
• Advanced programming knowledge (Apex, Java, .NET) and strong understanding of relational databases
• Experience with Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex implementations
• Salesforce Certified: Certified Salesforce System Architect (required), Certified Salesforce Application Architect (required), Certified Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
