Reporting Analyst

6 Month Contract (18 Months of work, extensions likely)

Warwick (2 days onsite per week)

Job Purpose

This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely reporting across a large programme, with a focus on governance and progress tracking. The successful candidate will work closely with project management team, utilising PMO toolsets to deliver insightful reports that drive decision-making. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in Jira desirable and a strong understanding of reporting processes.

NSV clearance or eligibility for clearance may be required due to project requirements.

What you will Do

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain detailed plan and progress reports using PMO toolsets
• Generate governance reports to support project management and decision-making
• Utilise Jira for tracking and reporting project milestones and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and protocols within the programme

Your Skills

• Proficiency in using Jira for progress tracking and reporting purposes is desirable
• Proficiency in using PowerBI for reporting purposes is desirable
• Experience in plan and progress reporting within a PMO environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Familiarity with governance reporting and its application in project management
• Ability to work independently to gather the information needed for timely reporting for the programme
