What You Will Do:

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers, gathering testing requirements and ensuring seamless communication with key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Testbed operators to coordinate project tasks and deliver test plans on time.

- Monitor and report project performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Prepare and validate test equipment, instrumentation, and software to deliver high-quality data.

- Commission new systems, troubleshoot existing setups, and support the sign-off of new test facilities.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardise methods, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience with test facilities, processes, and cutting-edge technologies in the automotive sector.

- Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and tools like Vector, LabVIEW, and INCA.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities.

- Ability to manage complex engineering problems and communicate solutions effectively.

- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite for creating plans, reports, and presentations.
