Product Manager - 6 months initially - Inside IR35 - Hybrid in Warwick

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager with strong expertise in power system analysis, modelling, and optimisation to join our team on a part time, on-site basis in Warwick (3 days per week). You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital products that combine advanced power engineering with innovative digital technologies - driving improvements in grid stability, operational efficiency, and renewable integration. Working closely with engineering, planning, and digital teams, you'll define the product vision, manage agile delivery, and ensure solutions meet both project and enterprise-level needs while delivering real value on the journey to Net Zero.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, prioritise, and deliver innovative digital solutions for power system optimisation.
• Specify, manage, and validate tools for load flow, stability, and renewable integration studies.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver products from concept to adoption.
• Apply AI, digital twins, and analytics to solve grid operation and planning challenges.
• Translate modelling outputs into clear recommendations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• Proven experience in managing digital product life cycles in energy or technology sectors.
• Strong grasp of grid operation, modelling techniques, and renewable integration challenges.
• Skilled in platforms like PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, ETAP.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, SAFe, or similar agile methodologies.
• Ability to simplify technical content for non-technical audiences and influence decisions.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (View for Extension)
• Day Rate: Up to £425 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid 3x a week in Warwick
