Job Title: Lead Consultant - Performance Testing and EngineeringLocation: Warwick - Hybrid, 3 days WFO (Tue, Wed, Thu)Duration: 6 monthsPay-rate: £268 to 464 per day (PAYE through Umbrella)

Minimum years of experience: 10-12 years

Note:

Strong LoadRunner and performance testing experience (min. 5 years of hands-on experience).

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is nice to have

Hiring Manager needs:

Critical (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

Please focus only on candidates who meet ALL of the below criteria:

LoadRunner expertise (hands-on Scripting)

Must have strong, recent hands-on LoadRunner Scripting experience

Profiles without solid Scripting experience will be rejected

Candidates who have moved to other tools (eg K6, NeoLoad) and lost LR hands-on experience are not suitable

Location/Hybrid requirement (Warwick)

3 days onsite per week is mandatory (no flexibility)

Days may vary week-to-week depending on client - candidates must be flexible

Not acceptable:

Fixed days only

Reduced onsite later (eg after 1 month)

Ideal Profile (What to Target)

Focus your search on candidates with:

5+ years of experience (no strict upper limit, but avoid very senior architects)

o Best fit: 5-10 years range

o Very senior (20-30+ years) profiles often lack hands-on Scripting

Currently working with LoadRunner

o Active, recent usage is key

o Practical Scripting capability is more important than theoretical knowledge

Performance Testing focus (not engineering-heavy)

o Role split approx. 60% testing/40% engineering

Flexibility on LoadRunner scope

o Candidates do NOT need experience in all LR protocols

o Partial exposure is acceptable if core LR experience is strong

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

Oracle Fusion Cloud experience now good-to-have only

TruClient exposure basic hands-on or understanding is sufficient

Additional performance tools acceptable only if LR remains primary skill

Required Skills:

7-9 Years of experience in PT and PE.

Strong proficiency in Performance Testing and Engineering.

Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner.

Experience with Web, TruClient and Web Services protocols.

Performance Testing experience in Native Mobile Apps, Mobile Web, Batch applications.

Ability to independently handle E2E performance engineering activities.

Strong communication skills for client engagement.

Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
