Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to join our team in the Greater London area. The ideal candidate will have 9-12+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions, with a strong focus on architecting robust and scalable applications. You will leverage and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, guiding teams through all phases of the development life cycle.
- Extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities through custom development and integration with other systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering best practices in solution architecture and development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics updates and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9-12+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Proven architecting skills with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics applications and their functionalities.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and related programming languages and technologies.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
