Location: Hybrid - Warwick (2 days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum DoE

Our client is seeking an IT Strategy Business Partner to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business teams to develop actionable roadmaps and investment strategies that drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to understand and articulate company strategies, translating them into clear roadmaps and investment plans for both the medium and long term.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming an integral part of their teams to enhance engagement and ensure IT delivers the right outcomes.
- Partner with technical teams to gather detailed insights while maintaining a broad understanding of various IT topics, concepts, and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively about technology capabilities, translating technical information into relatable terms for business teams to maximize service and solution adoption.
- Drive a culture of inquiry by asking probing questions to gain clarity on team needs and objectives.
- Create and manage forecasts while overseeing financial aspects of the investment plans.
- Collect and distil user feedback to support ongoing product discovery, maintaining a stakeholder plan and managing relationships effectively.
- Align the technology roadmap with business unit investment plans and collaborate with Business Partners and Enterprise Architecture to maintain an effective strategy.
- Monitor and benchmark capabilities, benefits, and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop regulatory submissions, business cases, and investment plans in collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery teams.
- Own the sanctioning of work against the investment plans and regulatory outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, and deliver innovative solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Broad exposure to various IT topics with a solid appreciation of concepts and methodologies.
- Experience of product management experience (Scrum, User Stories, User workshops) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the software development life cycle preferred.
- A demonstrated desire to create capabilities and products that delight customers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.
- Previous experience in a consultancy, large multinational IT organization, or business role with significant IT exposure is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive impactful decisions.
