You'll be joining a forward-thinking team focused on expanding global markets and building a robust supply chain network. This role supports the Customer Demand/Data Management function and includes involvement in outbound logistics and data-driven projects.

As the team's processes mature, the role will gradually phase out, making this a high-impact, time-sensitive opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and manage customer demand and operational data. Support outbound logistics and supply chain activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency. Drive continuous improvement through data insights and reporting.Skills & Experience Required: - Advanced Excel skills and VBA proficiency. Experience in supply chain operations and outbound logistics. Strong business acumen and self-motivation. Creative problem-solving and process improvement mindset. Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, and ARIS process mapping.

Education & Knowledge: - Understanding of logistics, warehouse, and export processes. Awareness of global business conditions in the automotive sector. Knowledge of LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
