(38 hour week Monday to Friday Days Only )

Were hiring a CNC Programmer (Supervisor) for a precision breakdown machine shop in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC professional with leadership experience.

Role Details:

Pay: £18 - £20 per hour + overtime (time and a third)

Start Date: Immediate

Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, set, and program Siemens CNC Milling Centres (Fusion 360 or similar).

Lead the team, ensuring productivity and quality.

Conduct quality checks and oversee machine maintenance.

Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven Siemens CNC experience (programming, setting, operating).
• Siemens machinery
• Cam programming
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
• Manual machining and basic welding skills (desirable).
