Were looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Rugby!

Youll be working as part of a skilled team of 18 engineers in a busy and supportive workshop environment, producing bespoke, precision-engineered components that support critical industries including power generation and defence.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent role offering stability, progression and a competitive salary!

What youll be doing

• Program, set and operate Siemens-controlled CNC milling machines
• Manufacture complex, low-volume components from engineering drawings
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances
• Work with various materials including steel, aluminium and plastics
• Monitor tooling and making adjustments to maintain machining accuracy
• Keep a clean, safe and organised workstation
• Support production demands with flexibility

Hours

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-16:00pm

Friday 7:00am-12:00pm

Pay

£20 per hour / £39,520 per annum

Skills/Experience Required

• Proven experience programming and operating Siemens-controlled CNC milling machines
• Confident programming directly on-machine using Siemens controls
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proficient in the use of manual measuring tools including micrometres, verniers and height gauges
• Flexible and dependable, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Full driving licence and own transport
