SF are thrilled to be partnering again with a fantastic education business in Warwick who are on the look out for a Regional HR Business Partner to come and join their growing team. This role is a brilliant opportunity for a down-to-earth and focused HR generalist who is a natural self-starter and can thrive in an ever-changing and relationship focused environment. We are looking for someone who comes from a strong generalist background including management complex case work, knowledge of employment law and is able to business partner across multiple sites effectively. We are looking for someone ideally CIPD 7 qualified and if you have experience within the education or regulated sector this is ideal but not essential. This HR Business Partner role is a regional role and will require travel to sites across the East with the aim of positively collaborating with senior leadership teams, supporting and guiding them through HR best practised, ER matters as well as delivering a wide range of generalist HR services. We are looking for someone who hold strong ethos and values, someone who is able to understand and work along-side management and support the wider HR team. Day to day duties: - Deliver the regional and global HR strategies and implementation of projects - Support and manager employee relation case work across the business - Coach, support and business partner SLT teams across the multiple sites - Providing advice and take lead on organisational change processes and projects - Write and present reports on a range of HR topics And more!
