Are currently a Hotel Receptionist, looking for a new challenge with a developing small boutique hotel in the centre of Warwick. The position is permanent and available with an immediate start for the right person.
You will be working five days out of seven, covering shifts over a 24-hr period.
Be a front facing person enjoying dealing with people.
Must have previous experience working in a reception environment.
Job Description:
- Greeting Guests: Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact.
- Checking In and Out: Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Scheduling Reservations: Managing guest reservations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties, such as creating invoices and maintaining guest records.
