Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Engineering

• Own the design and development of seating components such as cushions, frames, plastics, foams, recliners, tracks, headrests, armrests, and comfort mechanisms.
• Generate and manage CAD geometry using Catia V5/V6 or Siemens NX, ensuring robust parametric models and GD&T application.
• Ensure designs comply with JLR standards, legal & safety requirements (ECE, FMVSS), and ergonomic guidelines.
• Conduct tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA evaluations, and ensure manufacturability across all production volumes.
