Are you a Qualified Primary School Teacher (QTS) with recent UK classroom experience, looking for your next exciting opportunity in a supportive and inclusive school setting?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in the CV34 area of Warwick for a committed and enthusiastic teacher to join their team from September 2025.

The staff team includes a full-time SENCo, a behaviour support mentor, and skilled Teaching Assistants who work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language delays.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Minimum 6 months of recent teaching experience in a UK primary school

  • Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum

  • A genuine passion for inclusive education and the ability to support pupils with SEN

  • A positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to a range of abilities

  • Establish a positive and engaging classroom environment

  • Track pupil progress and use data to inform next steps in learning

  • Work collaboratively with the SEN team and school staff to support individual needs

  • Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, events, and staff CPD

  • Uphold the school s values and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding
