About the Role:
  • Opportunities available in both Primary and Secondary Schools.

  • Flexible work to suit your availability from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements.

  • Roles may involve general classroom support or subject-specific teaching, depending on your experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a UK school setting is essential.

  • For teaching roles, a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) is required.

  • Cover supervisors and teaching assistants must demonstrate relevant classroom support experience.

  • A subject specialism is desirable, but we also welcome applicants with strong general classroom experience.

  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

Supporting the Class Teacher Work alongside the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, often taking on small group or 1:1 support. Provide tailored support to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum. Behaviour Management and Support Support the class in maintaining good behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
