Isaac James Associates is delighted to partner with a leading European wide FMCG business to appoint a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their busy team in their Warwickshire offices.

The role

Working with the Central Finance team leadership, the FP&A manager will drive the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting cycle, and a priority of the role will be to update the reporting processes in a changing environment.

Duties will include:

  • Senior business partner to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure standardised process for accurate reporting and reconciliation with accounting systems for the P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Consolidation of accounts with preparation of supporting commentary and analysis.
  • Presentation and explanation of performance to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Ensuring common reporting standards are introduced and adhered to.
  • Define and drive self-service reporting across BUs through standardised reports.
  • Preparation of forecasts and budgets timetables, including working capital and capex.

Is this you?

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A skills. It is vital that you will have worked in a fast paced, FMCG environment in the past, with the ability to be an effective Business Partner across multiple sites and have the confident communication skills to deliver accurate reporting to the Senior Finance Leadership.
