If you re currently in customer service, retail, hospitality or healthcare and looking for an office-based role, full training is provided to support your transition.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you ll assist clients through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email, and web inquiries, while managing administrative tasks.

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you will need:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service, problem resolution, contact/call centres, administration, office management, hospitality, retail, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
  • Ability to multitask, input data, and engage in conversations effectively.
