Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic property management company in Henley-in-Arden. they are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team.

The responsibilities of the Credit Control Administrator include (but are not limited to):

• Producing and raising invoices
• Up keep of the invoicing system
• Preparations of client documents
• Query management
• Data input and maintenance of client data
• Calling tenants to chase on payments
• General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, copying

Skills Needed:

• Knowledge of General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary.
• Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation.
• The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
• Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.
