Important Information

• Tickets can be booked online in advance or purchased as walk-ins on the day, subject to availability.
• If you've pre-booked, there's no need to check in at the Ticket Office – simply show your confirmation email (on your phone or printed) at the courtyard entrance.
• Please note: To ensure the welfare of the donkeys, we will be limiting the number of visitors in the courtyard at any one time. A one-in, one-out system will be in place.
• The donkeys will be with us from 5:00pm–8:00pm, and you are welcome to visit at any time during that period.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• The courtyard has a gravel surface, which may present access challenges for wheelchair users and pushchairs.
• The donkeys will be taking regular rest breaks throughout the evening.
