Here are the biggest planning stories from the last week in and around Warwick.
Self Storage Scheme
A self storage chain based in Heathcote has revealed plans for a major expansion.
Titan Self Storage has applied for planning permission for two three-storey extensions at its Heathcote Industrial Estate site, which could increase its floor space by at least 70 per cent.
An application submitted to Warwick District Council said the company, which has 10 locations nationwide, is unable to meet current market demands.

Community Hall Help
One of the last features of Leamington's old football ground is set to finally be consigned to history through the building of a new youth and community centre.
The village of Barford has utilised a former canteen building, salvaged from AP Leamington's headquarters, as its scout hut for the past 30 years.
However, plans to replace it with a purpose-built hub took a big stride forward this week when Warwick District Council agreed to a £250,000 grant to help fund the £866,000 revamp.

Community Space
An unloved area of scrubland in the centre of Warwick is being transformed into a wildlife garden for the local community to enjoy.
The project, which is being led by Warwick District Council, has seen a plot of disused and inaccessible land off Lyttelton Road cleared of fly-tipping and brambles in order to create a new open space.
Completed by contractor Allworks, and in line with an RSPB report, the project will see seating areas and landscaping built for residents living nearby.
