Warwick Town Council
Over 300 hanging flower baskets are being installed throughout Warwick for Warwick in Bloom.
Warwick District Council
District councillors will next week consider proposals for dog walking and other rules in parks across the area.
The South Warwickshire Local Plan is to undergo 11th-hour changes after a planning inspector advised that plans around green issues, affordable housing and infrastructure could be ruled unviable.
Over 500 Warwick locals have backed a petition calling for free family alternatives while the town's paddling pool remains shut.
Warwickshire County Council
Calls have been made for a Warwickshire Reform councillor to resign after he said in an email the Pride movement has been "hijacked by groomers and mentally ill men" and that it is his "duty to promote the 'nuclear family' and all the benefits that brings".
Cllr George Finch has since released a statement backing his colleague. But this has not been received well by opposition parties.
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service has improved in multiple areas, a government watchdog has found.
A nationally-renowned standards specialist has been drafted in by Warwickshire County Council after another set of complaints against leader George Finch met the threshold for external investigation.
The council has put off trading standards enforcement so it can afford leader George Finch's more ambitious but "partially unfunded" plans.
Cllr George Finch has promised a "comprehensive policy" will be created for Warwickshire's libraries.
