TV presenter and journalist James May has performed at a special concert at St Mary's Church in Warwick today as part of a series of fundraising events in south Warwickshire.

The former Top Gear and Grand Tour star has been visiting businesses across the area over the past few days with fellow star of BBC Two programme Oz & James's Big Wine Adventure, Oz Clarke.

The duo have been cycling around the county this week to help raise money for Armonico Consort and the work it does for those living with dementia and for its outreach and education work.

Pianist James and singer Oz have visited a number of care homes in the local area to perform to the residents, as well as featuring at the service at St Mary's and flashmob performances at local pubs.

A few lucky locals have also been able to cycle with the two, as part of Oz & James' Great Cycle Challenge for the charity.

Each day the routes have taken in around 35 miles of South Warwickshire roads, ending every day in a local pub.

As well as finishing the days in a local venue, the duo have also broken up each route with visits to local businesses including the Rose and Crown, Two Brothers, The Saxon Mill and even Wellesbourne Airfield.

Two Brothers has even released a video of wine expert Oz trying one of their popular handcrafted beers!

Keep up to date with the rest of the challenge on the Armonico Facebook page here.
