Ten most expensive streets in Warwick revealed

The ten most expensive streets to buy a house in Warwick have been revealed.
Property Solvers has released the rundown using HM Land and Registry data.
The top ten uses the average price of properties sold since 2020 to see whether the highest-priced homes are.
The data shows Northgate Street is the most expensive street in the town, with an average price of £1,604,166 across the properties sold in the last five years.
This was followed by Mill Street (£971,000) and then Emscote Road (£958,33).

The same date also showed the annual price of houses sold in Warwick in 2025 is £380,061. Nub News recently revealed the town is the most expensive place in Warwickshire to buy a house currently.
The data also showed between 50 and 90 properties are sold in the town in the average month.
