CJ's Events Warwickshire is "delighted to announce" the official launch of its newly formed 'Market Traders Forum', bringing together a carefully selected group of traders alongside members of the CJ's Events Warwickshire Event Management Team to "strengthen collaboration, communication, and shared success".

Formed following a successful selection process, CJ's said the forum represents a wide range of trading sectors, experience levels, and perspectives, ensuring a "balanced and inclusive platform for discussion".

The group has been created to encourage open conversation, share ideas, celebrate successes, and work collectively to shape the future of CJ's markets.

At its heart, the forum is about partnership, the company said.

It creates a welcoming space where traders' voices are valued, ideas are encouraged, and collaboration drives continuous improvement.

More than just a meeting, it is a supportive community designed to nurture, strengthen connections, and help create thriving, vibrant markets for traders, visitors, and local communities alike.

The Market Traders Forum will "enhance communication between traders and market management", offering opportunities to work on new initiatives, share best practice, and "contribute to the ongoing development of the markets".

Members will benefit from networking, shared learning, and access to guidance and support, helping traders grow their businesses while fostering a strong sense of community and teamwork.

Jamie Probert-Walker, Events Director at CJ's Events Warwickshire, said: "Our markets thrive thanks to the incredible traders who bring them to life and the communities who support them.

"While we already have strong relationships with our traders, the Market Traders Forum creates a dedicated space for them to share ideas, knowledge, and experience, and to work hand-in-hand with us to shape markets that benefit everyone: traders, visitors, and the wider community.

"Our team works extremely hard to organise, manage, and promote each market, but this forum takes collaboration to the next level. It strengthens our partnerships with traders and ensures we keep evolving, innovating, and growing together.

"We're thrilled to welcome our first members and can't wait to see the positive impact this collective effort will have on our markets."

The forum is made up of around 10 selected traders and will begin meeting regularly from Mid-March, supported by an online group for ongoing discussion, updates, and idea-sharing.

This combined approach will ensure continuous communication, transparency, and momentum, allowing feedback, suggestions, and ideas to be shared and progressed efficiently.

Aaron Probert-Walker, Special Events Manager at CJ's Events Warwickshire, added: "We're incredibly proud of the positive feedback we've received about our markets and events over the years.

"This forum builds on that success by creating an open, friendly, and supportive space where traders can share ideas, highlight opportunities, and contribute to shaping the future of our markets.

"It's about listening, learning, and working together to make something great even better.

"By bringing traders together in this way, we can celebrate creativity, discover new ways to enhance the visitor experience, and ensure every market continues to thrive for years to come.

"We see it as a partnership - one where every voice matters, every idea is valued, and together we can grow, and continue to create vibrant, welcoming spaces for our communities."
