Prepare for change: local estate agent to explain all on Renters Rights Bill
By James Smith 20th Mar 2026
Find out how the Renters Rights Bill could impact you at an information event being run by an independent Kenilworth estate agent next month.
Donna, Lettings Director at Julie Philpot Residential, would like to invite local landlords to attend a dedicated information evening to better understand the upcoming changes introduced by the new Renters Rights Bill, which comes into force on 1 May.
The event, taking place on Wednesday 15th April from 5pm to 7pm, will provide a "valuable insight" into how the new legislation will impact landlords and their responsibilities moving forward.
"We're here to guide landlords through the new Renters' Rights Act as it becomes law," Donna said.
"When regulations change, we're here to support you.
"We can help you manage the transition and what it means for your property."

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from Lettings Director Donna and Julie Philpot, who will be on hand to explain the key aspects of the bill in clear, practical terms.
The session will also include an open question and answer segment, giving landlords the chance to raise any concerns and gain tailored advice.
This informal event is designed to help landlords feel confident and prepared ahead of the changes.
Landlords are encouraged to come along and take advantage of this opportunity to stay informed and ask questions. Refreshments will be provided.
To register your attendance, simply give us a quick call on 01926 257540or email [email protected].
