Plans to build five detached homes at a farm on Harbury Lane have been approved by the district council.
The scheme will see two 1940's buildings currently used for storage and as workshops demolished in order to build the cul-de-sac at Woodside Farm.
First submitted in August 2021 by Signature Quality Refurbished Homes Ltd, the plans include a mixture of three and four bed houses.
The site, which neighbours a 234-house development being built on land previously part of the farm, will have space for 13 cars and five EV charging points.
Planning permission has also been granted for eight houses using the same access road.
The application said there was no long-term future in upgrading the current buildings and said an intensified employment use of the site would create more noise for the nearby houses.
"The proposals offer an important opportunity to infill a small parcel of land surrounded by consented residential development which will form a natural extension to what has been confirmed as a suitable housing site in a sustainable location," it said.
The application added: "The proposed scheme is designed to nestle into the existing built form by virtue of the carefully considered scale, appearance and layout.
"Every effort has been made to ensure there is no major impact to the existing neighbouring properties, trees and ecology."
While three objections were lodged by local residents, Warwick District Council planners granted permission for the plans.
"The proposed development would provide a mixture of additional housing which meets local needs," a council report said.
"The dwellings have been appropriately designed for the area and would not have a harmful impact on the street scene or wider area.
"They are considered to respond sensitively to the neighbouring housing sites.
"The development is not considered to have a harmful impact on highway or pedestrian safety and is not considered to have a harmful impact on ecology."
