'Mindless' vandals throw paint over village primary school

"Mindless" vandals have smashed a window and thrown paint over the walls of a village primary school.

The damage at Cubbington C of E Primary School was caused overnight between 9pm on Friday, March 31 and 9am on Saturday, April 1.

As well as breaking the window, offenders also damaged the inside of the Grade II listed school.

A Kenilworth and Warwick Rural Police statement said: "Mindless individual(s) have caused damage to a historic Grade II listed building at Cubbington C of E Primary School.

"Paint including masonry paint was thrown on the building and on the playground/paths.

"Offender(s) smashed a window, causing not only damage to the window but to the interior of the building as well.

"Offender(s) may have got paint on their clothing etc.
