Hem, a Michelin listed restaurant in the heart of Warwick, hosted a Masterchef: The Professionals collaboration dinner this November.

The 2024 Masterchef winner, Dan Merriman, stunned diners with an exciting eight-course tasting menu on both November 12 and 13.

Collaborating with Hem's own Executive Chef, Dan Cavell, the duo treated the 40 guests over two nights to a high class culinary experience.

Highlights included hand diced Orkney scallops with an XO sauce and Himalayan salt aged Duck breast cooked on the crown.

Hem's Owner and Maitre D', Seb Hargreaves, commented: 'We were delighted to bring a little piece of Masterchef magic with Dan Merriman's cooking to Warwick.

"Customer feedback was really positive and Chef Dan generously spent time with each customer, explaining dishes and speaking about his time on Masterchef.

"Our thanks to Dan, our dedicated suppliers, the Hem staff team and of course our loyal customers for such a memorable occasion."

Hem is open for their tasting menu on Thursday to Saturday evenings, Saturday lunch and coffee on Friday mornings.

They also open for Sunday lunch once per month.

Bookings are essential via the website.
