Labour retains seats on both councils - Warwick by-election results announced
Labour has retained its seats on both Warwick Town Council and Warwick District Council, following yesterday's by-election.
Cora-Laine Moynihan has been chosen as the new representative for Warwick All Saints & Woodloes at the town council, following the resignation of Labour's Raj Kang for "personal reasons".
Meanwhile at the district level, Claire Wightman will replace Mr Kang.
The results mean Labour retain their 11 seats at WTC, and remain the second largest party at the district council - also with 11.

- Claire Wightman (Lab) - 961
- Jody Tracey (Cons) - 687
- Laurence Byrne (Lib Dem) - 183

- Moira-Ann Grainger (Con) - 533
