Detailed plans for the proposed Tachbrook Country Park have been revealed by Warwick District Council.
The council announced last month that a planning application for the 49-hectare park was set to be submitted.
Now available online, the application shows the extent of WDC's plans for the area.
Orchards, two allotment areas, a community growing area, a cafe, and children's play areas are all set to be included in the plans.
This as well as a 'ecological wetland habitat' with viewing platform, a wildflower meadow, and a children's play trail.
The wetland area is also set to help with local flood prevention with the council stating: "Ponds act as places to capture rainwater, which drains off roads and rooves and allows it to recede slowly and safely, without causing emergencies or damage to the wider area at times of high rainfall."
The park will also be used as part of the council's £5million planting scheme with 2.3 hectares of land earmarked for trees.
WDC has also accommodated for the planned primary and secondary schools at Oakley Grove and will include safe cycle and walking routes to the school.
Originally the council had intended to include new sports pitches in the proposal, but these will now be included in the two school's build.
The plans also include two small car parks but the council expects most users to walk to the park.
There will be one in the north with 20 spaces (including four EV chargers) and one near the southern allotments with 16 spaces. And the plans state that if parking demands are greater than expected, a further 10 spaces will be added.
The land, which has previously used for arable farming, will have wooden bridges built on it to allow users to cross over the Tach Brook.
The council said: "The creation of the park offers the opportunity to make more space for nature and to improve habitats. Installing paths and tracks will increase accessibility for those with mobility issues and also offer local residents new connectivity away from roads.
"Careful design has taken account of how views across the site can be enjoyed, whilst retaining areas where wildlife can flourish."
Adding: "A range of measures will be brought in to introduce more opportunities for wildlife.
"The site has been designed carefully, to introduce new habitats and wildlife, as well as protect what is already there."
